In September 2009 Woolaringa Meats opened as a retail butcher shop, located at 112 Kinghorne Street, Goulburn.
We provide free range beef from our own farm and at times purchase cattle from local farmers that suit our specifications.We take pride
in the quality of our meat and the fantastic feedback from our customers. Our cattle are handled with minimum stress. At weaning the calves are yard weaned and left with their mothers for a couple of days before returning the cows to the paddock. The calves
are then fed in the yards for another 10-12 days walking them quietly through the race and crush most days. When it is time to process the animals we transport them ourselves directly to the meat processor.
We have found the Square Meaters/Murray Grey
carcasses that we process; consistently yield high, have even fat distribution and excellent eating qualities and are just what we are looking for to supply the local domestic market.
Breakout River Meats at Cowra supplies us with high quality lambs.
A selection of flavoured sausages are made which include; Continental, Pork and Fetta, Italian, Bratwurst and our Tasty Original sausages.
Speciality items are available on request, including a spit for hire.
